I was blogging on another site for a while then took a small (well not really it was a long) hiatus from healthy eating and trying to lose weight.  During my time away from blogging and focusing on losing weight my husband and I were blessed with the most delicious little girl, Kylie Rose.  She is now 15 months old and I am ready to get back into blogging and putting myself on the radar and taking care of myself.
