Gain 1.8lbs…
I would be lying if I didn’t say this week’s WI is a disappointment. I’m 100% on track with food, tracking, water & running every day. BUT – with that said I FEEL FANTASTIC!!! I truly do! I’m still in control and feel great. Empowered is more like it!
So, what do I attribute this week’s gain to – probably ovulation. I tend to gain, lose, gain, lose, I know I’m ovulating this week & was expecting a small gain or even a tiny loss…but 1.8 – blah.
That’s ok, today is filled with more delicious foods & a lunch time run. Maybe I’ll pick up my water a bit more to flush this water retention out of my system too!
Does anyone else gain during ovulation time too?

Check out MyFitnessPal.com. There is also an app for a smartphone, but I mostly track online. It’s great – free, I track all my food & exercise in there. I have a fantastic motivating friends too who don’t judge. Definitely join!
Ugh – I know that’s so disappointing, but that probably mean next week will be a big loss. My weight fluctuates a lot as well.
I’m hoping it shows next wk! I’m trying to focus on the way I feel & look & not so much of what the crazy scale says.
