Ya know what’s so wicked about it…nothing…  No WI this week.  My head is just not in the game.  With Sandy & no power I’m all out of sorts.  We’re BBQ’ing bagels on the grill, boiling water on the grill for coffee, oh, yesterday for lunch I grilled some baked clams!  Hey – you have to use it up before it goes bad!

Thankfully work is up & running today so there is some normalcy happening here.  I’m also BEYOND grateful that we only lost our power & a couple of trees.  There are people here in the northeast that lost so much more.  I’m truly blessed.

I’ve never been a big Halloween fan.  Sure, it was fun dressing up as a kid getting candy from neighbors, but as I got older – meh – I could take it or leave it.  UNTIL…Natie!  This kid LOVES monsters & zombies and all other creepy things.  It’s a bit strange being last year he was so terrified of Santa at the mall.  We were upstate this weekend & on our bike ride we pulled over so Natie could get some pictures with “the monsters”…

Have a Happy Halloween….and don’t come to my house because I ate 90% of the candy during my stress eating Sandy binge!  BOO!
